As a PhD in Organization and Management of Information Processes, I research and apply models for the effective integration of ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Process Management (BPM) systems, as well as advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain.

I advise companies throughout their digital transformation journey by designing sustainable technological architectures, conducting business process analysis and reengineering, and implementing data-driven solutions.
